TNA Task 1 – Job Description



Role of Job Description (JD)

  • provide valuable info about jobs to be filled.
  • help pinpoint training gaps.
  • give employee an accurate picture of the job.
  • assist HR dept to standardize the responsibilities and salary scheme.
  • set performance standard required from employees.

We have around 30 staff.  But I am starting with office staff only. Finance & HR dept, Admin Dept, Technical Dept – Designing and Drafting staff.
