Role of Job Description (JD)
- provide valuable info about jobs to be filled.
- help pinpoint training gaps.
- give employee an accurate picture of the job.
- assist HR dept to standardize the responsibilities and salary scheme.
- set performance standard required from employees.
We have around 30 staff. But I am starting with office staff only. Finance & HR dept, Admin Dept, Technical Dept – Designing and Drafting staff.
